Meet the Locals Behind Local Reserve

Melany was raised in Kamas, Utah and spent much of her life exploring Heber Valley and Park City. She grew up with a love for animals and always had dogs around. Her connection to Utah comes from living it every day and sharing it with others.

Nate grew up in Sandy, Utah and is a true Utah outdoorsman. He knows the mountains, trails, lakes, ski resorts, and hidden corners of the state. He loves adventure, exploring, and helping people have a great time in Utah.

Together, they share a love for the outdoors and spend their free time skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, golfing, boating, rock climbing, pickleball, and exploring new places around the state.

They are also passionate foodies who love discovering great local restaurants, coffee shops, and hidden gems.

Local Reserve was created because friends, family, and visitors were constantly asking for recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and how to experience Utah like a local. The business grew naturally from a desire to share the places, experiences, and local knowledge they genuinely love.
